Eren TÜBA-GEDİP Ödülü'ne layık görüldü!/ Eren was awarded the TÜBA-GEDİP Award!

Lab yürütücümüz Dr. Eren Günseli, TÜBA-GEBİP (Üstün Başarılı Genç Bilim İnsanı) Ödülü’nün sahibi oldu!

Ödüle değer görülen çalışmasında Dr. Günseli, beynin farklı bellek stratejileri arasında nasıl esnek bir seçim yaptığını; kimi zaman çaba gerektiren aktif hatırlamaya, kimi zaman ise daha verimli ve otomatik bellek süreçlerine nasıl yöneldiğini davranışsal yöntemler ve EEG ölçümleriyle inceliyor.

TÜBA-GEBİP, Türkiye’de bilime katkılarıyla öne çıkan genç araştırmacıları destekleyen çok prestijli bir program.

Ödül töreni 23 Aralık 2025’te Cumhurbaşkanlığı Külliyesi’nde gerçekleşecek.

Our lab director, Dr. Eren Günseli, has been awarded the TÜBA-GEBİP (Outstanding Young Scientist Award)!

In the research that earned him this award, Dr. Günseli investigates how the brain flexibly chooses between different memory strategies—sometimes engaging in effortful active recall, and at other times relying on more efficient and automatic memory processes—using behavioral methods and EEG measurements.

TÜBA-GEBİP is a highly prestigious program that supports young researchers who stand out for their scientific contributions in Türkiye.

The award ceremony will take place on December 23, 2025, at the Presidential Complex.
